The Seligmann House represents Robert B. Kelly’s approach to Spanish Colonial Revival on a grand scale. The monumental massing of the Seligmann House recalls the stage-set design that Kelly drew upon with great success in a different context – the Aztec Theatre downtown. The home was renovated under De Lara-Almond to become a continuing education center for Trinity University.
